The transformation begins with cutting. Using advanced diamond wire saws and multi-blade gang saws, we slice large marble blocks into perfectly uniform slabs. This method ensures minimal waste while maximizing the value of every block extracted from the earth.
- Reinforcement & Resin Treatment
Before moving on to finishing, each slab undergoes a crucial reinforcement process. The slabs are placed in large industrial ovens, where controlled heating opens the natural pores of the marble. High-quality adhesives and clear resin are then applied, penetrating deep into the stone to fill micro-cracks and enhance structural integrity. This step not only strengthens the marble but also improves its surface consistency, ensuring long-lasting durability without compromising its natural beauty.
